Frank Zappa is one of my favorites. Most folks think he is some Drugged out hippy weirdo and all kinds, they got the Weirdo part right... Ha. He was off the Charts Smart Genius & had so many Orchestra Scores that he won Awards for Nobody even knows that Frank Zappa. At 17 he was on the Steve Allen show playing the Bicycle, the is even youtube footage of that.
He was very against Folks using Drugs and would certainly Not tolerate in his Bands. He demanded the Best from everyone in his projects. We used to have this Saying in Our band practices if we got stuck on something we would go....What Would Frank Do..... Ha.
Frank also fought CENSORSHIP something we are fighting BIG right now. I was happy to see this Guitar Player Article, 48-track recordings of the March 25, 1988 Long Island performance will soon be released as 'Zappa ’88: The Last U.S. Show.'
Frank Has Lots of Fans all over the World so im sure this is something that will SELL HUGE.
